Learn TUI NA massage for children aged 0-5 years to help your child’s physical, mental and emotional development and treat common childhood ailments holistically. I have been teaching baby massage classes since 2005 in play groups and other settings.

Right from birth loving and reassuring touch is vital for a child’s healthy development. Baby massage will make this bonding experience even more fun for parents and beneficial for the child.

Tui Na chinese baby massage techniques have been developed over at least 700 years and form a complete and holistic healthcare system to

  • strengthen the immune system
  • promote healthy physical and mental development
  • stimulate intellectual ability
  • treat coughs, colds, fever, teething, vomiting, diarrhoea, restlessness, sleep, night crying, colic, temper tantrums and other minor childhood ailments

I currently teach a 25 minutes one off session for Busy Mums (the 12 most powerful infant techniques). Detailed hand outs are included in the course fee.

Also available: Individual appointments for your child for paediatric massage.

Children are often under enormous pressure from school, as well as subject to constant changes as part of growing up and at times have to deal with difficult situations at home.

I combine Acupressure with Thai massage to balance the energies of body and mind. The massage is performed on the clothed body on a mat on the floor.

Children and young adults usually respond very quickly to treatment.

I am a qualified paediatric massage therapist.

The best way to start a pregnancy is in good female and general health. Acupuncture can regulate your period and help you feeling relaxed. I also provide acupuncture during IVF treatments. During pregnancy I do acupressure/no needles until the due date. I do a ‘prepare for labour /calm baby’ acupuncture session from 1 week before the due date.

Peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms such as headaches, tiredness, anxiety and depression, restlessness, hot flushes, night sweats, sleeping problems and insomnia, palpitations can be addressed with acupuncture.

Performed on the clothed body seated in a chair or on the couch Acupressure is a most effective treatment for the elderly alongside with optional acupuncture.

Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine it will strengthen the energy and benefit all body systems while providing relief from musculo skeletal pain and stiffness.
