Groups of minimum 6/maximum 12 mothers with children

You can complete the course over several months if you prefer and the refresher week runs as a monthly drop in class to go over what you have learned, share experiences and ask questions.

Handouts are included in the course fee.
Tui Na massage is performed on the clothed body but bring a blanket for your baby/child to lay on.

Further sessions to cover a specific interest by arrangement.
